Artists Underground
The lower level of the Marketview Arts building, referred to as the Artists Underground, houses several studio spaces which are rented by local professional artists. The artists work with a variety of media, including paint, photography, and more.

Jeannine Dabb (Studio B)
A visual artist and resident of York, Jeannine Dabb returned to college to study painting after 22 years as a small business owner in the medical aesthetics industry. She graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in December 2020 with a BA in Fine Art, specializing in painting and drawing. In 2019, three of her artworks were accepted into the York Art Association Forty-Ninth Annual Juried Exhibition. In February 2020 she won an Award of Distinction in Emerging Visions at Creative York, and she had her first solo show in July 2020 at The Grotto. Her work has also been featured in the York Fest Juried Show (Creative York) and the 2020 Annual Juried Student Exhibition at York College Galleries.

Rosa Luz Catterall (Studio C)
Rosa Luz Catterall is a Latino self-taught artist who was born in Peru. She holds a degree in Sociology from Queens College, New York, and a graduate of the School of Social Work and Art Therapy Program from New York University. Presently, she divides her time as an artist and as an art therapist. Rosa Luz works on commissions, and community art projects from her studio in Marketview Arts. As an art therapist, she works as an independent contractor throughout York and Dauphin County with a diverse age population, utilizing a client-centered modality.

Washington Winnona Images (Studio D)
Washington Winnona Images, co-owned by Miles Murdaugh and Francisco Soto, is a professional photography and videography company that produces low-cost, high-quality images and video capturing events, sports, and entertainment. They have also produced a documentary film and do freelance photography. The company was named a 2019 Bloom Business Grant Finalist, is credentialed as a Getty Images IStock Contributor, and has an FAA Part 107 commercial drone license which has allowed them to conduct hundreds of flights for multiple projects. In 2020, they received an honorable mention in the Yorkfest Adult Juried Exhibition and were finalists for the York Cultural Alliance Artist Innovator Award. Their most recent work includes the exhibition Through Our Lens: I Can’t Breathe, exhibited at Marketview Arts and the Parliament Arts Organization.
