LPN Advising Guidelines

LPNs may earn credit for the sophomore level nursing courses (NUR 201, 202, and 210) if they have graduated from an NLNAC program within the last ten years. The credits for these three courses will be posted on their transcripts after they complete NUR 307/308/309, the first clinical nursing course.

LPNs who graduated more than ten years ago may earn credit through challenge exams.

LPNs may transfer credits previously earned at other institutions, take additional courses at other institutions, and earn credits via CLEP and Excelsior (Regent's) examinations.
