The Department of Education at York College provides a comprehensive program of study in K through 12 education and sport management. The Department has a well-deserved reputation for providing high quality, student-centered classes designed to prepare graduates for the 21st century
The professors in our program, both full-time and adjunct, possess a breadth of background knowledge and represent a rich field of professional experiences. Our students benefit from this knowledge base and the collective experiences of our professors. We are fortunate to enjoy excellent relations with a variety of organizations that can and do afford our students a wide range of field experiences in their chosen fields.
We are justifiably proud of our Department, and we are pleased to be able to welcome new students seeking excellent pre-professional educational and related field experiences.
