Parking Permits | Student ID Cards
2009/2010 Academic Year Parking PermitsParking permits for the 2009/2010 Academic Year are currently on sale in the Campus Safety office. Campus Safety will be issuing parking permits and ID cards in the William Walker room of the Iosue Student Union according to the following schedule:
1. Friday, August 28th, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
2. Saturday, August 29th, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
3. Monday, August 31st, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Beginning on September 2nd, 2009, anyone requiring a parking permit will need to visit the Campus Safety office during business hours to purchase the permit. The Campus Safety office is located just inside the Manor Northeast lobby and operates from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
1. Resident parking permit fee is $50.00 for the academic year.
2. Commuter parking permit fee is $25.00 for the academic year.
Identification Cards
ID cards for returning students are automatically validated and do not require updating. New students will be issued their first ID card at no charge. To obtain a student ID card, new students must provide their York College Schedule/Bill that bears their name, address and student ID card and a form of picture ID, such as a driver's license.
Replacement IDs (for lost, stolen or broken cards) are obtainable with a photo ID only. The fee for a replacement ID is as follows:
First Replacement = $10.00
Second Replacement = $20.00
Third (or more) Replacement = $30.00
ID Card services are available at the Campus Safety office during business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday). The phone number is 717-815-1314. Please note that you must have a college document, such as your schedule/bill that identifies you as a student and bears your name, address and student ID number and a photo ID card, such as a State issued driver's license or ID card, or Passport.
