Michele Yoder, PhD
Biography
Dr. Michele E. Yoder earned her PhD in Business Strategy & Organizational Theory from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2011. She joined the YCP faculty in 2018, after spending 7 years at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. A native Yorker, she is delighted to be back home among family. Her first love is teaching strategy, which she also researches. She recently published an article about strategy pedagogy in the Journal of Education for Business and has a forthcoming book about using computer games & simulations in the business classroom. She teaches strategy, management, and leadership. She researches executive compensation, CSR, academic integrity, and pedagogy. She has published in top management journals such as the Academy of Management Journal and the Journal of Management.
