Along with her coaching duties, Muston has served as the SWA and Assistant Athletic Director since 2016. She has brought numerous guest speakers to campus over the years on topics spanning from mental health, Title IX, relationship violence, and bystander intervention. She is responsible for bringing the One Love Foundation Escalation workshop to campus in 2015, designed to inform and enlighten students on the signs of healthy versus unhealthy relationships, how to recognize these signs, and how to navigate these situations to help yourself or others. Since bringing this program to campus in 2015, every York College athlete has gone through the workshop at least once in their time here. In addition, 36 student-athletes have gone through training to become One Love campus ambassadors and escalation workshop leaders under her guidance.
