Meet Kristen Griffin

Kristen Griffin works at the intersection of organizational learning, workforce development, and evidence-based talent strategy, helping organizations build the capability to learn, adapt, and sustain critical knowledge during times of change.

Her background combines doctoral-level research in organizational learning and knowledge sustainability with advanced instructional design practice and program evaluation. This combination allows Kristen to bridge the gap between academic rigor and practical implementation, translating research into systems, programs, and strategies that produce measurable organizational outcomes.

Throughout her work, Kristen designs and evaluates learning ecosystems, workforce development initiatives, and talent development programs that are defensible, standards-aligned, and built to support long-term organizational performance. She is particularly interested in how organizations preserve institutional knowledge, accelerate workforce readiness, and develop learning infrastructures that remain effective amid technological disruption, workforce transitions, and evolving business demands.

As a scholar-practitioner, Kristen actively contributes to the advancement of organizational learning and workforce development through research, academic collaboration, conference engagement, and partnerships with universities and professional communities. Her goal is to advance both the theory and practice of how organizations learn, retain knowledge, and build the workforce capabilities needed for long-term success.
