Oscar Winters

Biography

Oscar Winters is the Executive Director of the J.D. Brown Center for Entrepreneurship. He handles the center's day-to-day operations and organizes its various programs, such as a Three-Day Startup Weekend and annual Hackathon. 

He graduated from York College in 2014 with a degree in Entrepreneurship and spent a few years working for Coca-Cola in the Harrisburg area before returning to York. 

In his spare time, Oscar enjoys playing any instrument he can get his hands on, playing video games, hunting, and recreational shooting. 

He and his wife, Katie, live in Lewisberry, PA, with their two children.
