With the completion of the Diehl House at Schmidt & Ault, phase 1 of the Knowledge Park (KP) at York College has concluded. The first floor will be utilized as the Graham Center for Collaborative Innovation headquarters, along with shared, flexible space designed to facilitate interaction and collaboration among KP partners, students, and faculty.
The College welcomed its first KP partner on the first floor with MRG Labs opening the Tribology Research Center and has another signed lease with a research organization that will occupy half the second floor, leaving one office suite and additional collaborative space on the second floor available. The College continues to promote the Warehouse portion of the KP and has letters of intent secured representing nearly all of the available square footage.
