In York College’s Cybersecurity Management program, you’ll combine your understanding of technology with skills in strategic communication and management. You’ll also develop insight into the origins of cyberthreat as you explore aspects of cybersecurity, including strategy, operational security, intelligence analysis, and criminal justice.

Master’s Degrees for Cybersecurity Management Majors
As a major in Cybersecurity Management, you may also choose to pursue a 4+1 program during your time at York College. Depending on your level of professional experience, this option allows you to complete both a B.S. in Cybersecurity Management and an M.A. in Strategic Leadership and Management in just five years.

Internships & Work Experience
As a Cybersecurity Management major, you’ll have the option to take an internship for credit, gaining real work experience in either the private or public sector.
In the past, students have completed internships in a variety of industries, including the national intelligence community and the NSA’s formal student internship program.

Relationship-building is a hallmark of our programs in the Graham School of Business at York College. In addition to working closely with faculty members who care about helping you to achieve your goals, you’ll learn how to form good networking relationships with professionals in your industry.
During their senior year, students will work directly with one of their professors to complete a formal research project on the topic of an emerging issue in cybersecurity.
