The Hospitality Marketing minor covers the basics of marketing in the hospitality industry. This industry is one of the fastest-growing segments of the service economy. The Hospitality Marketing minor is designed for students interested in a career in any aspect of the hospitality industry, including lodging, restaurants, clubs, resorts, casinos, and events like concerts or sports contests.

The Human Resource Management, B.B.A. program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). 

The Human Resource Management minor emphasizes the skills and abilities needed by professionals who work in human resource or training and development units of organizations. Topics covered in these courses include recruitment, selection, and training of human resources, employment law, and labor relations. A student declaring a Human Resource Management minor may not also declare a Management minor.

In York College's Human Services degree program, you'll master the fundamentals of effectively helping diverse populations, as well as the art of advocacy. The International Business minor is designed to provide international business acumen to students who are studying another business discipline or majoring in a non-business area. Students gain knowledge of and practical application to conducting business globally.

At its roots, international relations is about understanding global issues and world cultures, and tracing the political, social, ideological and economic history of the world. The Legal Studies minor is designed for students interested in understanding law's role in society, including those considering law school or graduate studies. The minor enhances students’ preparation for careers in the practice of law and related professions.

The Literary Studies minor is designed to accompany any major program of study.  It provides students with the necessary skill sets to research, evaluate, and analyze scholarly, literary, and cultural texts.  Courses in the Literary Studies minor explore a wide range of literary traditions with a focus on how literature relates to the history and culture of society.  Within this writing intensive minor, students will cultivate oral, written, and research-based communication skills that will be invaluable in the job market and future post-undergraduate study.
